I see that there are many comments left by others. I feel that I should do the same. I have some contacts for Aco 143rd TAC PAC and would like to here from others in the unit. I am still in Germany, been here for the past twelve years. My wife and I had our first child she was born Sept 1999. I presently work for the Army as a civil service employee. I am working in the CIF in Darmstadt Germany. It is a signal command so I still have a few run-ins with fromer 143 Voice of Iron Service Members. I got contacts for Ssg Webb, SGT now CW2 Wilkerson, SPC Henrey Martin (CIV), I have seen Ssg Sanders come through and leave, SFC Mister just left the 440th Sig Bn in fall of 2000(?). Well if you want to get in contact with me here is a second Email that I have jsnyderdarmgerm AT yahoo.com you can use that address if my military address bounces. There is a five year rotation policy for government employees in Europe so I may be headed for the states and my military address will be deleted.
Take care all, JMSnyder
Oh yeh, Spear Head
From the Webmaster:
There are 143rd people out there some of you may be in contact with who are without web and/or email access. Dig around in your old address books and call or write a letter to forward to them information about this site, the 3AD site and the upcoming reunion. Also, dig through your old "stuff" for any thing which would enhance the sites.

Found the pix Dan... Had to go to the main page. The main link just goes to my photo and the only thing cool about that is I had teeth I had not paid for... haaaaa How we change over time. Got some great responses from some guys who found their picture. Was happy to hear from Ray Carpenter and say hi again to John Zucco. Ray I remember Larry Walters also. He was from Wisconsin or Minnesota if I recall. One heck of a nice guy and a great buddy.
Hope others from that time frame sign in and enjoy some old memories of good times.
Walt

I know, this is my 3rd time signing this, but DanO keeps changing formats on the Visitor's Log/guestbook thingie. Anyway, I dunno when the last time I signed this, but I got married in June, 2000 in the Philippines to the most beautiful, intelligent and caring woman in the world, Ma. Alicia (Inday Ice)... and I moved to Kansas City where I currently work for the Department of Defense, Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS). We all loved those pay days! Anyway, I wanted to again thank DanO for this site, which I discovered not long after he originally created it a few years ago. Really brings back memories, and I am glad to see quite a few faces I remember from B Co, such as O.Ross Miller and his lovely wife Kat, Leroy Chavez, Rich Merit, Ken Baker, Rick Stark (how we went round and round! :) ), Darbey Schultz (from C Co), Tom Kramlik, Cpl Jerry Shannon, to name a few. I know DanO already mentioned these people on a previous list, but I would like to see posts from SPC Michael "Ziggy" Johnson (from Philly, but he's probably in the joint :) ), Valentin Hernandez (from Sacramento), Romae Darvial (from Lincoln, Montana... actually her Dad's name is George, and a web search turns up his phone #, if someone wanted to be brave and call! Not too many "Darvial"s in Montana!), CPL Dean Schwartz (from Texas somewhere), CPL Don Womeldorff (?), SSG Whitaker, SFC James Quiles (my first platoon sergeant! He was Puerto Rican, that's all I know), SPC Rogers, SPC Jason Harrell, PFC Werniak, Kari Stack (from CA somewhere), "Orly" (Orlando "something", part of the Mexican drinking and ? crew), Arturo Torres (last I heard he WAS in prison somewhere, seriously), SPC Vincent, SPC Dan Flateau, SPC James "Derrick" Martin from C Co, CPL Warren Yagi (from Hawai'i, probably shouldn't be hard to find him) and even Victor "Am I Evil?" Roberts! And anyone remember Private James West, who threw things out of the barracks and jumped naked out of the CO's office? I KNOW I am forgetting some folks -- too bad there isn't a way to come back and modify this post at a later time, to add names I forgot at a later time. Sorry this was so long, I didn't even get any stories in!
{Patrick added this later}
I would prefer that people email me at payaso67 AT pinoymail.com .

This site sure has drummed up some old memories and friends as well!! I look forward to getting synched up with Pete, Buckey, Zookiesahn, Elroy, Richard, Kat & Ross, and many other from the 143rd B1 area. Has anybody seen or hear from Cpl Dave (Kurilla), last seen in the Scranton PA area? How 'bout Mikey Whittmeyer in NY? How 'bout D'Wayne Miller from KY (saw him several years back with Buckey & Clyde)?

OUTSTANDING!! This website is very well done. My time with the 143rd was truly memorable. It was my very first duty station. These pictures made me homesick. Thank You Webmaster.

I was one of the last ones
there with 1LT Krause. During Desert Storm my CO was Cpt Stephens and the
1SG
was 1SG Courtney. I was the 2nd Plt. Sgt till around the end, then moved
to
help with the redeployment back to Frankfurt. At which time I worked 1LT
Krause (S-1) on deactivation of 143rd Sig Bn. Thanks for your help. I
view
your web at least once a week. I enjoy it, brings back good memories.
